Step One: Comprehensive Assessment of Client Requirements
BlueSeas Talent LLP believes in delivering customized recruitment solutions for every client. We begin with a detailed understanding of your organization, business activities, workforce needs, and industry standards to identify the right talent. At this stage, the client signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlining the recruitment terms. This is followed by submission of required documents such as the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, and Specimen Agreement, enabling us to initiate the recruitment process smoothly

Step Two: Advertising
Our recruitment process starts with creating a detailed job description aligned with client requirements. Job vacancies are then promoted through multiple targeted channels including print media, online job portals, social platforms, email campaigns, referral networks, and our internal candidate database to attract qualified applicants.

Step Three: Resume Screening
BlueSea Talent LLP uses an efficient and secure system to receive and manage candidate applications in both digital and physical formats. Resumes are carefully reviewed, categorized, and shortlisted based on job specifications by our recruitment specialists and subject matter experts.

Step Four: Candidate Assessment
Selected candidates undergo multiple evaluation stages including technical assessments, trade tests, behavioral analysis, and when required, personal interviews, ensuring complete suitability for the role.

Step Five: Shortlist Creation
After assessments, the most suitable candidates are shortlisted and compiled into a final selection list, supported by interview feedback and evaluation results for client review.

Step Six: Client Selection & Finalization
The shortlisted candidates are presented to the client for final interviews and selection. Once approved, employment terms including compensation (if authorized by the client) are finalized, and necessary documentation such as passports, certificates, and photographs is collected immediately.

Step Seven: Documentation & Processing
Our dedicated processing team handles all essential documentation required for overseas employment, including medical examinations, visa processing, background verification, police clearance, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Step Eight: Candidate Mobilization
Once all approvals are completed, BlueSeas Talent LLP coordinates travel arrangements and deployment schedules. Candidates receive pre-departure guidance and travel support, while clients are informed to ensure proper onboarding and smooth arrival at the destination.
